At DNA Holistics, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Window

We accept returns within 4 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required

In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged product, defect, or an incorrect item received.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval or without contacting us first will not be refunded. It is essential to receive confirmation from our team before proceeding with any return.


Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted for 4 days

  • Customer provides return shipping (unless under exceptional conditions)

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order

  • A 20% restocking fee applies for cancellations and returns

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Include clear photos or videos

  • We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product through our return process.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund
