📦 Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Customers in South India (especially Kerala, Tamil Nadu) can expect delivery within 2–4 days.

  • Please note: actual delivery time may vary due to location, courier availability, or unexpected delays.

🚚 Shipping Partners

We primarily ship using DTDC, Delhivery, and Professional Couriers, depending on the delivery location to ensure reliability and speed.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Free shipping for all orders above ₹700

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Processing time may be extended during weekends, holidays, or under special circumstances.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

🔎 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • A tracking number will be shared with you within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • You can track your order status using the provided link or courier tracking page.

  • In rare cases, tracking updates may be slightly delayed depending on the courier.

📦 Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.

  • To claim a replacement, you must submit a clear unboxing video (without any cuts) from the moment the parcel is opened.

📭 Lost Shipments

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order and tracking details.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.

🔁 Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or non-acceptance, we will re-attempt delivery once the correct information is provided.

📅 Delays & Holidays

  • Please note that public holidays, local strikes, or unexpected courier issues may cause delays.

  • While we do our best to avoid these, such situations are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.
